		<description>As of today's date it seems that there is enough support for the Claypool amendment that restores all public defender frontline positions.  If your commissioner has supported the amendment, then he or she should get a thank you call and be urged not to cave in to pressure that is bound to increase as we near Thursday's budget hearing before the full County Board on February 22, 2007 at 10:00 am.  It will be great for members to attend that hearing so we can keep our commissioners accountable and make sure that the support for the Claypool amendment does not fade away.</description>
