We still have to unionized grade one assistant public defenders on layoff, but our office can budget for the President's legal counsel. I thought Richard Valequez was moved back to the President's budget. Or have we created a new legal position in administration whose job actually relates to the interests of indigent criminal defendants? Why is the job code position 0683, D9 grade level back in the
