It is also time for this union to begin preparing to stand up for the back bone of our union: grade 2 attorneys working in felony trial court rooms along side grade 3 attorneys but being paid less. I'm not thrilled to see all of the new grade 2 postings. I would be thrilled to see all of those postings if they were the needed grade 3 ones.
