During a recent visit I found her discussing Union issues before I even entered the room. Her priority is to stand up for what is right and fight like hell while doing it. She deserves our admiration and respect and I am proud that I know her and consider her a friend. Martha is an amazing person. We were partners in Judge Schreier's room in the 1980s. I watched in amazement as she would put hour after hour into her work...she would devote as much time and effort into a simple PSMV as she would a class X. Her clients were and are damned lucky to have her as their lawyer...she leaves no stone unturned. Martha, more importantly, is one of the most selfless people I have ever known....She has consistently put anybody and everybody before her own interests.....She is remarkable.
